Red wines are considered to be those produced with red grapes, among which we find different varieties such as tempranillo, garnacha, graciano or mazuelo.
In addition to the grape variety, the method of production is also reflected in the colour of the red wine. The tonality depends on the time the wine is in contact with different agents such as the skin, the seed, the stalk or the type of wood in the barrel. These elements can give different shades to the wine, from russet to a more purplish tone.
