The category of reserve wines is characterised by a wide complexity of nuances, as a result of a prolonged ageing process of at least 36 months (3 years), of which 12 months must be in oak barrels. Reserva wines come from particularly good vintages. These wines have a great variety of complex flavours and nuances that are obtained during the maturation time they have spent in barrels.
